Notice of the 2024 Annual Elder Dinner was mailed out via USPS to Cape Fox Corporation shareholders on Monday, August 19, 2024. The initial invitation was mistakenly sent to our entire shareholder body rather than being directed specifically to those who are 65 years of age or older, as intended. We deeply regret this mistake and any confusion this may have caused.

The Apology and Correction Regarding 2024 Annual Elder Dinner Invitation was sent to CFC shareholders on August 30, 2024.
