Notice of the Shareholder Informational Meeting was mailed via USPS to Cape Fox Corporation Shareholders on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.

Please allow 7 to 14 days to receive your notice. If you do not receive your notice, please ensure your mailing address is up to date on www.MyCapeFox.com.

2) Testamentary Disposition Form, 

3) Principal Life Beneficiary Designation Form. 

Both forms must be up-to-date on or after January 1, 2017.

Please note, the Testamentary Disposition Form must be signed in front of a notary public. There is a notary public available at the CFC Saxman Office located at 2851 S Tongass Hwy, Ketchikan, AK 99901. There are also notaries available at your local bank, law firm, or any US Post Office. All completed requirements must be submitted by email, mail, or fax.
