20 Day Notice Until the 47th Annual Meeting of Shareholders

We are 20 days away from the 47th Annual Meeting of Shareholders which is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. AKST!

The Annual Meeting will be held “electronically” or “virtually” meaning that it will be broadcast live on the internet through our Shareholder portal, www.MyCapeFox.com and there will not be an in-person Annual Meeting. THIS MEANS THAT YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE ANNUAL MEETING IN-PERSON, BUT YOU CAN VIEW AND ATTEND ONLINE!

All Shareholders who submit a valid Proxy before the Proxy deadline will be eligible for and will be automatically registered in the drawing for Proxy prizes. The top Proxy prize is $2,000. Second prize is $1,000. There will also be two $500 prizes and ten $100 prizes. All Proxies must be received by the Inspector of Elections by 5:00 p.m. AKST, Thursday, November 5, 2020, to be eligible for Proxy prizes.

All Shareholders should have received a Proxy in the mail along with a Proxy Statement, a copy of the CFC 2019 Annual Report, and other supporting materials. These materials were sent out on Monday, September 28, 2020, 40 days in advance of the Annual Meeting in order to provide you with plenty of time to review and vote your Proxy. If you have not received these materials, please immediately contact Shareholder Services by phone at (703)686-2285 or by email at shareholderservices@capefoxcorp.com. Due to the ongoing pandemic and potential delays in mail delivery, we encourage and recommend that all Shareholders vote in advance by Proxy and mail it to the Inspector of Elections before the deadline. All Proxies must be received by the Inspector of Elections, Elgee Rehfeld, LLC, 9309 Glacier Highway, Suite B-200, Juneau, AK, 99801, prior to the deadline of 5:00 p.m. AKST, Thursday, November 5, 2020 to be voted at the Annual Meeting. Proxies received after this time will not be voted at the Annual Meeting. Instructions on how to complete your Proxy can be found in the Proxy Statement.
